HI there – I’m Brittany! I often have my hair in a messy bun, coffee in-hand, just doing my best to live a balanced life as a wife, a mother, and a business owner.

I am a nationally board certified counselor (NCC), licensed mental health therapist (LPCMH), and am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I have a deep-seeded passion for supporting individuals throughout many stages of life, but especially parents throughout pregnancy & the postpartum years.
