I am a very interactive therapist. My years in acute care have given me a passion for treating trauma and particularly reproductive/perinatal mental health. Pregnancy and birth should be a time of joy, but sometimes, instead, it overturns dreams, disrupts relationships, and brings waves of grief, loss, confusion, and heartbreak.

Whether your challenges are new or years in the making you don’t want to feel like this any more – nor should you! I am a little irreverent, a lot empathetic, and ready to walk with you toward healing.

I am certified in the specializations of trauma and perinatal mental health. I use Inference based and Cognitive Behavioral therapy, person centered focus, and complimentary alternative somatic/energy techniques to help you work through the symptoms that are impacting your life.

My background includes Assertive Community Treatment and crisis mental health treatment both in office and in the Emergency Department.
