Welcome! I’m a licensed therapist in the states of Florida, Maryland & Virginia. I have a passion and specialty for working with the perinatal period (preconception to postpartum). This includes postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility, birth trauma, and loss. In addition to those populations, I have over 12 years of experience working with specializations such as major life transitions, anxiety, adult adhd, depression and complex trauma.

I strive to provide therapy through a trauma-informed lens and integrate movement/breathwork in my practice to facilitate your overall well-being. Therapy is a collaborative effort, and I will work alongside you to ensure your goals are met in a way that is authentic to your process. I need to fully understand who you are and what is important to you in the therapeutic process.

I operate from a holistic perspective, meaning I consider the whole person and your individual beliefs and needs. Your needs are unique to you as a person. For me, it is important to learn about your background, early childhood experiences, day-to-day life, nutrition, and support system, in addition to what brought you to your therapy journey in the first place.

I am a certified trauma professional who has completed advanced training in trauma treatment through the Ferentz Institute. I have also completed Trauma-Informed Yoga training for my RYT 240 and enjoy utilizing these skills in sessions when appropriate.
