Claire Harris is a seasoned Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with extensive experience in behavioral health and medical social work. She currently serves as the Social Work Lead and Behavioral Health Therapist at The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Nursing, a role she has held since July 2021. In this capacity, Claire works with women in the Nurse Family Partnership program, which aims to reduce Alabama’s maternal and infant mortality rates. Claire also spearheads initiatives to enhance patient care and provides expert guidance in the field of social work.
