Diane Palacios

I have been a therapist for over 14 years and have helped clients from adolescents to retirees on challenges ranging from substance abuse to trauma, anger, cultural issues and many other matters. I am an EMDR certified therapist and consultant, and I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health.

I believe in the power of story – everything we experience in our lives is woven together, draws from other moments, and impacts other areas. I have helped many people learn to find hope, to get “unstuck,” to rebuild again or to find balance for the first time. Every story is different, and every journey is unique. I am proud to help identify, guide, support, and empower my clients to create and accept their healthiest selves.

I am a wife in a multicultural marriage and a mother to three beautiful children. I am fluent in Spanish and am glad to conduct sessions in both English and Spanish, as my clients prefer. Clients of faith are welcome, and I am comfortable including Christian and other religious beliefs in therapy at the client’s request. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I am dedicated to equity and social justice.
