Erica Battista, LCSW

I am a dedicated therapist who supports people across the lifespan, with an emphasis on women’s well-being across all stages of maternal health. I utilize an integrative, client-centered approach, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs.

I am skilled in evidence-based practices, including mindfulness, somatic techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Additionally, I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) and specialize in supporting women throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

I welcome adults and families. My focus areas include women’s health, relationship issues, coparenting challenges, and all stages of maternal health, including pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. My focus is on creating a safe space for healing and growth, fostering a mind-body-spirit connection.
