Hi! I specialize in the treatment of Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders(PMADs). After becoming a mother and after my own experiences with PMADs, I became drawn to this work in maternal mental health. For the past 3yrs I have been providing therapy to women and couples within the perinatal period (pregnancy-postpartum) and facilitating peer-led support groups for expectant and postpartum women. I’m also a Certified Lactation Counselor and Certified Infant Sleep Specialist.

While working with me in therapy, you can expect to be listened to, validated, and feel safe with someone who will remain present with you in the here and now regardless of what scary or uncomfortable thoughts and feelings come up.
