I am a creative, compassionate, and solution-focused mental health provider serving older adolescents (16+) and adults in WA, ID (and soon MT) who are experiencing life transitions and difficulties. I have a trauma-informed yet direct, strengths-based approach that allows for ideal results with utmost efficiency.
During the pandemic, I realized that isolation and the lack of a village/community were really difficult and reminded me of a time when I experienced these same struggles – after having my first child.
Pregnancy and postpartum come with a lot of abrupt changes, transitions, isolation, and adjustments that can be difficult to navigate. I noticed that there were not a lot of mental health resources in the PNW or Montana for perinatal/postpartum individuals and it quickly became my goal and passion to be a resource for those struggling in one of life’s greatest times of transition and change. You don’t have to experience this change and transition alone.
