My passion lies in providing support and guidance to individuals on their beautiful journeys through parenthood and life in general. Whether you’re planning to start a family, expecting a little one, or navigating the challenges of infertility or postpartum life.

I primarily work with those suffering from perinatal and postpartum anxiety, depression, grief & loss, relationship distress, trauma/birth trauma, & life transitions/stressors.

I strive to help others feel empowered and to be able to cope with their mental health and this thing called ‘life.’ We will work together so that you can begin to heal, learn how to keep growing and improving yourself, and work towards your goals. Everyone needs additional support at times in their lives that is neutral, non-judgmental, and unbiased to help get through life’s trials & tribulations.
