My passion lies in working with individuals along their journey to parenthood, whether trying to conceive, experiencing fertility challenges, navigating pregnancy and/or loss, or coping with postpartum challenges. I am here to support and empower you wherever you are.
Many may struggle at some point when trying to build their families or transition to early parenthood. At times, the journey can feel isolating and overwhelming. My role is to help you feel seen, validated, and empowered.
My experience has focused on working with adults experiencing fertility and/or postpartum challenges, generalized anxiety, grief/loss, depression, low self-esteem or self-worth, difficult life transitions, past trauma, and relational difficulties. I also hold a Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) certification through Postpartum Support International.
I believe that we are not meant to walk this life alone. My approach is driven by my passion for uplifting others, reducing loneliness, and helping people discover their strengths, value and worth. Being a therapist is a privilege, and I am committed to creating a safe, encouraging space for clients to achieve their goals and find peace.
