I’m Krista Yapp-Cooper, LMFT, a Life Coach, and the founder of Waves of Change. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both California and Florida, with a Master’s in Holistic Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a BA in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, I am a 500 HR registered Yoga Instructor and a certified Integrated Holistic Life and Wellness Coach.
Outside my professional life, I’m a mother to twin girls and a rednose pitbull. I love teaching, practicing yoga, reading, basking in the sunshine, and enjoying warm beach days.
