Kristen Umholtz

Kristen is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who has been practicing in the field for over 5 years now. She lived in Virginia for 6 years while she got her Bachelors degree and Masters degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University.

During her graduate and post-graduate internships, Kristen worked in various settings, such as an inpatient treatment facility, private practice group therapy, and a local high school. Kristen currently works for her own private practice, Healthy Habits Counseling Orlando, which operates out of Lake Howell Health Center in Maitland, FL.

Her main focus is helping adolescent and adult individuals with alcohol and drug addiction, but she also enjoys helping those with anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, codependency, bipolar disorder, and a variety of other issues. She recently gave birth to her first child in April 2024 and has a blossoming passion for struggling mothers. She works Monday, Tuesdays, and Fridays and her hours are 8am-5pm. She offers both in-person and virtual sessions.
