Parenthood can really feel like an emotional rollercoaster some days, and I want to support you in taking the next steps to feel resilient, gentle, capable, and strong on this journey.

My approach

I am passionate about supporting moms and parents in navigating the perinatal, postpartum, and parenting chapters of life and helping moms create a healing and gentle space for themselves. I also love working with couples, especially new parents, to help them improve their communication and connection so that they can create the relationship that they want to have with each other.

I am certified in EMDR, a trauma therapy to help you effectively release traumatic memories and painful negative beliefs that are keeping you feeling stuck, and CBT, which helps you develop practical tools so that you can feel better. With these tools in our toolkit, my goal is to collaborate with you to help you release the pain, trauma, and anxiety you are carrying so that you can feel peaceful, whole, and in alignment with the best version of yourself in the present.

I am multicultural with Asian American and African American heritage and am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I honor your unique journey and am here for you as you take the next steps in healing so that you can live the life you envisioned.
