Laura Todd has been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) for over a decade. Laura has specialized her practice through additional certifications, such as being Perinatal Mental Health- Certified and becoming an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist. Laura provides a safe and secure space for parents to express their full range of emotions around their parenthood, including struggles, fears, progress, and joys while raising their children.
Laura tailors her approach to align with your life and values as a parent and family. This includes, but is not limited to, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Parent-Child Psychotherapy, and Somatic Therapy. These services allow Laura to target both intrusive thoughts and fears along with body-based regulation to reduce physical responses of anxiety and depression, but also continue to build a healthy and secure attachment with your baby.
You can get the help you need. You do not have to walk the parenting journey alone. You can have an expert who is supportive and understanding walking alongside you to build up your confidence and become the parent you want to be for your child.
