I will offer a collaborative, safe, and compassionate space to help you achieve the goals you desire. I work with women, expectant mothers, and new parents to address sadness, stress, fear, depression, grief, loneliness, guilt, and shame. In this process, we will explore thoughts, feelings, habits, beliefs, and events that impact your life now.
