Everyone gets stuck and overwhelmed. Feelings of sadness, stress, fear, grief, loneliness, guilt and shame can be painful and make us feel trapped. You are not alone. Everyone requires more self-compassion, kindness and hope. With help, we can explore your thoughts and feelings and strengthen your ability to manage life’s challenges. I appreciate and acknowledge the courage to ask for help and make a change. I would be delighted and honored to work with you through your journey.
I will offer a collaborative, safe, and compassionate space to help you achieve the goals you desire. I work with women, expectant mothers, and new parents to address sadness, stress, fear, depression, grief, loneliness, guilt, and shame. In this process, we will explore thoughts, feelings, habits, beliefs, and events that impact your life now.
Whether this is your first time considering therapy or you’ve been in therapy before, I hope I can make this process easier and less challenging. I would like to hear your story. Please contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to determine if we would work well together!
