Natacha Dalberiste is a Licensed Psychotherapist, maternal mental health specialist, and a devoted mother of three. Her passion for maternal mental health ignited in 2016 after enduring pregnancy losses and a traumatic birth, experiences that inspired her to support women navigating motherhood and healing from pregnancy or infant loss.
Natacha is the founder of Dalberiste Counseling & Wellness, where she and her team offer virtual mental health services across Florida. They specialize in maternal mental health, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, and couples’ therapy. As a Qualified Supervisor, Natacha also mentors post-graduate interns.
Her commitment extends beyond private practice. Through a partnership with a local women’s hospital, Natacha and her staff provide maternal mental health counseling in Haitian-Creole to postpartum patients, ensuring culturally competent care for Haitian women.
When she’s not working, Natacha enjoys listening to podcasts, spending quality time with family and friends, and speaking on topics related to mental health and burnout prevention.
