The reproductive journey can be challenging and emotionally exhausting. Asking for help takes great courage but can lead to powerful results.
As a Board Certified, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in Maternal Mental Health, I will work with you to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors around reproductive health and beyond, to foster growth and positive change.
I use a psychodynamic approach to create a warm, nurturing, secure environment for my patients. Your confidentiality and comfort are of utmost importance to me. I treat a range of issues across the reproductive journey, including general anxiety and depression, postpartum anxiety and depression, birth trauma, pregnancy loss and grief, fertility challenges, abortion & adoption support, life-changing events such as divorce, loss, grief, and intimacy issues. I also have a subspecialty of working with people who have left a cult or the Evangelical church.
Together, we will work to help you free yourself from the familial, social, and cultural expectations that often constrain us and become internalized truths.
