As a mother of two who has personally experienced postpartum depression and anxiety, I am deeply committed to supporting other women on their journey to motherhood. Motherhood doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. For some, it can be filled with overwhelming anxiety and depression. You are not alone—1 in 7 women will experience anxiety and/or depression during pregnancy or within the first year postpartum. It doesn’t have to be this hard; you don’t have to face it alone.

I specialize in Maternal Mental Health, working with women trying to conceive during pregnancy and throughout all stages of motherhood. My private practice is dedicated to helping women who are navigating pregnancy loss, prenatal and postpartum adjustment, and the transition to motherhood.

With advanced training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders from the Postpartum Stress Center and Postpartum Support International and certification in Compassionate Bereavement Care through the MISS Foundation, I am equipped to provide comprehensive support. Through individual and group therapy, I offer mothers a safe, nonjudgmental space to express their struggles. Together, we work on setting realistic expectations and goals, empowering you to approach motherhood with greater understanding and resilience.

As the former Miami Coordinator for Postpartum Support International, I’ve also had the privilege of offering support to mothers and their families, as well as educating the community on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. My goal is to ensure that no woman has to endure this journey alone.
