I am a trauma therapist specializing in maternal mental health who offers virtual sessions throughout Florida. I offer individual sessions and intensive sessions. I am EMDR and Hypnotherapy trained, along with many other modalities. I also offer couples intensive sessions for couples postpartum.

I created my practice to help women transition into motherhood with support. Feeling confident and healed allows them to navigate their emotions and nurture their relationships.
