I help support women through their trauma, anxiety, grief, end-of-life processing, pregnancy, birth trauma, and postpartum. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who is warm, nonjudgemental, and compassionate because therapy should be a place where you feel seen and supported. Sessions with me are about unpacking our thoughts and emotions.
