Hi there, Thanks for stopping by my profile! I am a South Asian Clinical Psychologist with various identities: Third Culture Kid, mom, wife, business owner, career changer, jigsaw puzzler, crafter, aspiring traveler… the list goes on.

I share this to show that I am intimately familiar with the struggles of re-discovering oneself in parenthood, renegotiating familial roles and responsibilities, re-establishing a sense of intimacy in one’s marriage, figuring out one’s shifting priorities, moving frequently, establishing a sense of belonging, and navigating opposing generational and cultural norms.

I understand what it feels like to seemingly start life over from scratch. I’m here to hold and support you as you adjust to monumental changes in your life.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Illinois who has the authority to practice telehealth across most states in the USA. I provide values-based therapy to adults 25 years of age and older.

I also specialize in providing culturally sensitive Clinical Neuropsychological assessments to folks across the lifespan (5 years old to 90 years old); this service is only offered to clients in Illinois who can meet me in person. Previously, I have worked in academic hospitals, Veteran Affairs hospitals, college counseling centers, private practice settings, and in healthcare business consulting firms.
