I’m a mom of two and a psychotherapist specializing in the Gottman Method, with over 10 years of experience as an LMHC. I’m passionate about helping parents, especially moms, navigate the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum. I understand how difficult it can be to talk about the parts of becoming a parent that are disappointing, scary, or heartbreaking. For many of my clients, therapy is the first place they feel encouraged to be open and honest about the losses and emotional struggles that come with parenthood.
