As a licensed clinical social worker, I’ve been trained to support individuals, couples, and families in finding healthy ways to manage overwhelming emotions. I specialize in the treatment of:

Of my 18 years in the field, most have been working with those who have experienced trauma, particularly military veterans, first responders, those who have had exposure to childhood trauma and display symptoms of PTSD. This work has a special place in my heart, and I love supporting this population to gain the skills necessary to find empowerment and strength in their story.

After becoming a mom, however, I gained a strong awareness and passion for working with families navigating their own perinatal, postpartum, and parenting journeys. It’s tough living in a world where we’re expected to navigate the stress of daily life and societal pressures to “do it right,” among many other things.

If you choose to work with me, I intend to provide individualized care, establish mutually agreed-upon goals, and spend time developing the skills necessary to implement change. I’m here as a guide and support, offering insight and feedback. As the client and an expert on all things you, I ask that you bring an open mind to the process as we work together to support your path toward the future you envision.
